I wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Kyra. I have bombarded her with e-mails this morning to change my flight information. I have never booked a flight before let alone try it over the internet so needless to say I am probably not the easiest customer to deal with. I sent Kyra e-mails from two different addresses this morning and not only did she answer both of them, but she help me change my flight information and arranged for a flight a day later for us. It is very important to let employees know when they are going above and beyond what they are required to do. Kyra has done this and made what has been a hectic Monday just a little easier for me and my family. Thanks Kyra and keep up the good work.

apprehensive about buying the ticket, because I was afraid it wouldn't

here in time. Your price was about $500 cheaper than anywhere else I

of the week, to save you from having to pay a $75 change fee per

as a courtesy, I can cancel these tickets as if the booking never took
place. However, to cover the booking fees that Travelersnet still has

there will be a $10 per person cancellation fee and you will have to
